Take the 405 south. 3 exits past LAX, get off at Inglewood Ave. From the ramp, turn right onto Inglewood. First right onto Manhattan Beach Boulevard. Go 2 miles. Turn left onto Sepulveda Blvd. Go 1.2 miles. Turn right onto 21st St. 100 yards on the right.
